1.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, ck444 official reserves the right to close them and the associated balances may be forfeited. Even for family members, using separate accounts from the same device or network may require additional verification.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure. ck444 official may request a government-issued ID or other documents from a Member at any time for identity verification.

2.1 Account Responsibility

Each Member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials — username and password — should never be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, ck444 official's support team must be notified immediately. ck444 official will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login credentials with others.

2.2 Password Change and OTP Verification

It is advisable to change your password regularly for security purposes. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number for password recovery. You are strongly advised not to share your OTP with anyone. No representative of ck444 official will ever ask a Member for their password or OTP.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Deposits at ck444 official can be made using mobile banking and banking services available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

• The registered mobile number or bank account must be used when making a deposit.
• Deposits in a third party's name are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000 — and to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

4.2 Weekly Reload Reward

Under the ck444 official weekly reload reward, a 50% bonus on deposits is available, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 18x the bonus, with a minimum deposit of ৳100. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any working day when a deposit is made.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• If misconduct or manipulation in meeting bonus terms is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ck444 official reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.
• Bonuses apply only to the registered Member's own account.

4.4 ck444 official Weekend Cricket Bonus

The ck444 official Weekend Cricket Bonus is automatically added when a deposit is made in the Sports section on any weekend. A 30% bonus on the deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus. The minimum deposit is ৳100.

5.1 Fraudulent Activity

If a Member is found to be involved in any of the following activities, ck444 official may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance:

• Manipulating the bonus system or attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing repeated low-risk bets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting unauthorized interference with the platform's software or game systems.
• Attempting to access another Member's account or steal their information.
• Operating an account using false identity or documents.

5.2 Technical Manipulation

The use of any bots, scripts, automation tools or hacking methods on ck444 official's gaming system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed without any prior warning.

6.1 Rules of Play

Separate rules apply to each game and betting category on ck444 official. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for slot games is stated in the game description and indicates the long-term average return — the same rate of return is not guaranteed on every round. Payments in sports betting are determined based on announced results.

6.2 Cancelled or Void Bets

If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned mid-way or a technical error occurs, the settlement of the relevant bet will follow ck444 official's standard policy. In such cases, the bet stake is generally returned.

9.1 Closure at Member's Own Request

Any Member may close their account if they wish. A request must be sent via ck444 official's live chat or email. Any active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and the opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by ck444 official

ck444 official may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to breach of terms, fraudulent activity or legal obligations. The return of the actual balance (excluding bonuses) of an account closed for legitimate reasons is subject to review.

10.1 Setting Gaming Limits

ck444 official advises Members to play within their means. Each Member can set their daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. This helps build aware gaming habits.

10.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

12.2 Partial Invalidity

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any relevant promotions together form the entire agreement between ck444 official and the Member. Prior communications, verbal assurances or any other unwritten understanding are not part of this agreement.
